Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Warranty and Exchanges Policy



Our primary shipping service is United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail service is a 2-3 day service that is not guaranteed. All items are sent with tracking. Insurance is optional and billed seperate. Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

  • 1. "Availability". Most products are built to order. Products typically take 1-5 days to build. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so often they are shipped within a day or two.
  • 2. The method of delivery - our shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. USPS Domestic Priority is 2-3 Business days; USPS Global Priority is 10-14 Business days (not counting time in Customs).
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it is impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. International Shipping

All international orders are shipped by USPS Global Priority. Some countries require USPS International Express, which will be billed seperately.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • 1. Please email returns@teambrood.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorization #.
  • 2. Mail your returned item to:

  • 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Return Shipping is your responsibilty and will not be covered by us

Warranty Returns

Warranty returns are handled on as case by case basis. If you believe your item has a manufacturers defect, please email warranty@teambrood.com to submit a warranty claim.

Exchanges If your item is in like new unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different model. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
